Antenna Hairstyles

Last night I stood at a friend's house, which was pretty much fun. My two friends laughed about my hair all the time because a few streeks lifted up and they called it my "antenna". This inspired me to do a post about weird hairstyles and updos. I actually found tons of hilarious images but those above were the best to cut out (its not very easy to cut out frizzy hair with photoshop). The the black and white model in the lower right hand corner looks pretty funny to me. Her hair is really attached to two hoops hanging in the air. Wow I'm surprised what kind of topics I'm able to come up with.

Socks & Sandals: New Trend Or Fashion No-Go?

Recently I came across a lot of photographs or magazine scans on which the models wore socks underneath sandals, which made myself wonder. I never found this kind of combination appealing and I actually always have to smile when I see people wearing it. To me it's somehow a grandma thing. Personally, I consider wearing sandals and socks as a fashion no-go, I think the models shown above can pull it off though. But I would never dare wearing something like that myself.

Zoo

Today I went to the zoo with my mum and my sister because it was my younger sister's 13th birthday. It was a nice and sunny day, but not too warm though. I took tons of pictures of unfortunately my camera's battery exhausted before we saw penguins and seals which are actually my favorite. However, i picked out a few photos of me and a couple of animals. All of them were so cute, especially the baby elephant and the mini pigs! Which are your favorite animals?

Vogue Germany

I just found these pictures published in the german Vogue in December 2007. I wondered why they had shown summery images and outfits in winter, but I really liked these ones so I decided to put them on my blog. I whish I had a pool in the back yard myself because it got so hot outside lately and that would be a nice opportunity to cool down after sunbathing.

May 9

I'm so sorry my computer did not want to show any pictures in the last few days on any sites on the internet plus my camera somehow deleted all the pictures I took from my memory card. So weird. That's why I am late with updating my dialy outfits. Today I will post the outfit from the day before yesterday. This makes me so mad. I have to take new pictures of yesterdays and todays outfit later on.
I really apologize. I hope this will never happen again...

Like the headline already mentiones, I picked out a few images which show models presenting summer clothing. I especially love the blue and white maxi dress on the top right.

Ice Cream

I just came home from a stop by the ice cream parlour. I had vanilla ice cream with a splash of strawberry sauce and whipped cream. So delicious! I dared to wear shorts for the first time this year. Yeh, I know my shoes are unbuckled, I was too lazy when I put them on for taking the photos.

I kind of want to rip or make this denim shorts look used and trashy. Do you have any suggetions how I could achieve that?

Black & White

It's so nice outside so I asked my sister to take some pictures of me on our balcony.
It got so hot today that I have to change into a shorter shirt now. I'm going to go and have an icecream with a friend later on ... again. I lived on ice cream the whole last week. Yummie.

Falling Out My Window

Today I went out with a friend to have some ice cream because it's been a pretty sunny and warm day again. I am always in a good mood when the sun is shining and love spend my time outside.
In the first few pictures I'm daring something acrobatic and lean out of my window. My room is in the 3rd floor of our house so I was a little scared but it was fun ;)

Outside

Today it was really summery outside. The sun was shining and it was pretty warm. I took the opportunity to take a few pictures of the flowers growing in our back yard. I think the photos turned out pretty good and the flowers are unbelieveably beautiful. The last two pictures are showing my turtle laying in the grass. His name is Lattich. Yeh, it's a weird name I know.



I painted this abstract oil painting for my parents but I didn't give it to them yet, so sshhh ;) It matches the flower theme of today's post perfectly, that's why I would like to hear what you think about my artwork and if you like it or not. I really appreciate every comment.

Last Bought

I'm back from Barcelona now. It was a lot of fun, we walked around a lot and I even have bruises on my feet. The weather was so nice, all warm and sunny! I have to apologize, because I cannot post some pictures yet. I took some, but my classmates also took a lot, therefore I wanna wait until I got theirs so I can pick out the best ones for you.
Of course I went shopping in Barcelona, too, but we didn't have that much free time. I actually wanted to buy some gladiators and jewelry, but I couldn't find any that I liked. What do you think about my new shirts?

I actually thought this was a dress, but the model in the first picture wears it with jeans.
I felt in love with the dress / top immediately and I'm looking forward for summer and it getting hot outside, so I can wear it out. The dress is from Replay.

This is a top from Zara, I already wore it in combination with a blazer and leggins.

I got this shirt at a little boutique in the city of Barcelona so it's a no name one, but very unique. You have to tie the straps in the back. It's so comfy!
